Built on the back of a woman determined to make men look like fools, this movie achieves in several departments, mainly of visually appealing shots of Jessica Chastain looking disgusted towards greedy men. While the story itself is a very interesting and shocking tale of voracity, the film does not meet its standards. The movie felt as if it was executing a slow-burn pace, but I quickly realized that it was simply boring. Sorkin realizes this story with inspired performances from Elba and Chastain, yet it misses the mark in being a motivated motion picture.
Score: 7/10
