LOVE, SIMON (2018) Review

The discussion it sparks is long overdue, however, "Love, Simon" ultimately fails to create anything it can call its own. We've seen the plot multiple times before, but the writing is passable and the characters are likeable. If it were not for its not-so-subtle social commentary, this film would not be remembered for long.
